Change is the need of time. We have a fully automatic plant that provides higher strength and consistency in all the products we make. We use Apollo’s Inffratech world class vertical cast technology coupled with automatic batching plant for producing the concrete pipes to the Indian Market. This vertical cast technology aims in terms of faster production with limited labour & most importantly the better quality product with consistency, Smooth finishing and longer working life as compared to that of manual spinning old technique which is comparatively less productive, more exhaustive and involves more labour.
While using automatic batching plant concrete quality is highly consistent, and raw material contents are exactly as per the specifications. We have the capacity to manufacture NP3 and NP4 pipes flush joints, socket joints with sizes ranging from diameter 200mm to 1600mm.
We have a strict quality control procedure that is implemented to ensure the whole concrete pipe manufacturing process is accounted for completely. Quality is the key factor that has enabled us to ride high on the strides of the success. We follow a well-defined quality management system.
Raw materials such as cement, steel, stone blast & sand are procured from established vendor’s base. These raw materials inspected at arrival on our factory site. The materials are sent to manufacturing unit only after approval of quality controllers.
In the process, we conduct variety of tests such as slump test, compressor strength and concrete internal finish.
